This document presents an example of the proposed content and design of five important materials to develop and implement health programs in Costa Rica, with emphasis on SRH services for adolescents; (1) Record of health care registration; (2) Technical Manual and Procedures Abbreviated 1. Activities for the consultation of integral attention; (3) Abbreviated Technical and Procedures Manual 2. Reference and Follow-up Mechanisms; (4) Flipchart of Protection Methods and Contraception for adolescents; (5) Game "Exploration Mystery". These materials are available in the last two modules. Content proposals have been developed for each of the selected support materials.
